An Order’s processing time depends on the item with the longest processing time. Hence, it takes a certain time to process one and we provide you with this information in each product page; on the right side under the Product’s name and the Product’s Description.
Please be aware of the information and make a perfect shopping plan for yourself if you would need your item to arrive on time for a specific occasion. If you wish to split your shipments, we will gladly assist you (additional fee might be applied).
Express Shipping: We will ship your order via DHL. Most of Asian countries: delivery within 1-3 business days. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 business days
Standard Shipping: Will be shipped via E-packet. Delivery time may vary from 20-30 days ( Not available at this time )
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. LANE JT cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.

LANE JT orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm ( GMT +7 ). For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations and Same Day delivery is offered in select cities.
All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
You will become the owner of the goods that you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address. At this point, the goods become your responsibility and we no longer have any responsibility for taking care of the goods from that point.
If you need to change your shipping information after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.
In case the order has been shipped out, you need to contact directly the shipping carrier to change the shipping address.
If the address you provided is missing information or the wrong address, after the order is processed and sent, you are responsible for resending fees or lost order.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your order online.
There may be some delay between the status of an order being updated on the website, however, the carrier usually updates their information within 1-2 business days.
As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and depending on your location. You can easily check when reach the checkout process on our website, but here are some thresholds for your reference:
Shipping fees paid during checkout DO NOT INCLUDE taxes and import duties. Your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations.
If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.
If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.
