EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Exchange and return policy:

We accept exchange in following occasions:

- Sizing problem: We will accept one time exchange for sizing issues meanwhile customers will be in charge of the shipping fee.

- Damaged product: We will accept exchange if items are faulty or defective upon receipt, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, also provide us with an image of where the item is faulty/defective. We will only exchange damaged or faulty items for the same item at no extra cost.

- Exchange to another productWe will accept one time exchange if you wish to change your recent purchase to another item. Surcharge may apply due to pricing differences. We will email you an invoice with a link to pay the difference. also you will need to pay for all returned fees and re-delivery for the exchanged item(s).

- Custom made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

- Returns must be in their original condition and in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels and tags. Any promotional items included free of charge must also be returned shall the order be returned in full - or charged against any refund or credit.

- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

- We do not refund original shipping costs.

Note: We only accept exchange and return within 3 days after the order has been delivered (we will use online tracking system to check on the delivery date)

Refund policy:

Since our products are limited we will not accept return nor refund if you are not satisfied with our products.

IMPORTANT: If you raised a payment dispute that are clearly wrongful and we win the dispute, we have the option to charge you an extra USD 50 for the additional administrative cost that the dispute causes us.
