Exchange and return policy:
We accept exchange in following occasions:
- Sizing problem: We will accept one time exchange for sizing issues meanwhile customers will be in charge of the shipping fee.
- Damaged product: We will accept exchange if you have received our product in damaged condition. We only accept exchange request within 3 days from the day you received the item(s).
- Exchange to another product: We will accept one time exchange if you wish to change your recent purchase to another item. Surcharge may apply due to pricing differences, also you will need to pay for all returned fees and re-delivery for the exchanged item(s).
- Returns must be in their original condition and in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels and tags. Any promotional items included free of charge must also be returned shall the order be returned in full - or charged against any refund or credit.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Note: We only accept exchange and return within 3 days after the order has been delivered (we will use online tracking system to check on the delivery date)
Since our products are limited we will not accept return nor refund if you are not satisfied with our products.
IMPORTANT: If you raised a payment dispute that are clearly wrongful and we win the dispute, we have the option to charge you an extra USD 50 for the additional administrative cost that the dispute causes us.
